General Assembly of the organization is the supreme policy making body. Executive Board members, who are seven in number, are responsible to implement policies formulated by the General Assembly. The management is led by an Executive Director who is accountable to the Executive Board and reports progress of all the activities of the organization to the Board.
Gender balance management has been taken into consideration at all levels of the organization. For example, chairperson and vice chairperson of the General Assembly are women indicating exemplary position of the organization in enhancing equal participation of women at all levels of the society to bring participatory and equal gender inclusive development.
